Greetings SRaDC members!
First, I would like to apologize for the delay in updated information. With the start of a new organization and the holidays, it was kind of difficult to organize and come together. However, we are back! Below are the minutes from our first official meeting. 1. Colorwheel
The decision was made to rotate the colorwheel by selecting a new color in clockwise order for each Sunday. The new color will be posted on the blog every Wednesday before the preceeding Sunday. In the instance of the first Sunday of each month, rather than color a "wildcard" will be posted. Said, wildcard will feature the use of a specific style genre or accessory.
2. Officers, Positions, and Regional Territories
The addition of 2 positions was added to the SRaDC E-board-Vice President of Publicity and Vice President of Community Outreach and Cultivation. It was voted in a 2 to 1 margin that the current position of Vice President of Membership, Recruitment, and Performance, held by Minister Tim, is on hiatus until Minister Tim can prove himself worthy of carrying the weight of the position.
Additionally, refinement of the regional territories was discussed. Regional directors will cover larger geographic regions and elect chapter advisers for corresponding cities.
3. Decision on Meeting Times
It was unanimously voted that meeting days and times will be every 2nd and 4th Monday at 11p (est).
4. Blog Permissions
The VP of Finance will now be granted permission to post blogs specifically geared toward budget and monetary management.
5. Additions to the SRaDC blog experience
The E-board unanimously voted on selecting literature, movies, and tv shows to suggest to SRaDC members on a weekly basis which will serve as style motivation.
